Our “ECO” Iberico products made using classic recipes.

At Marcial we have applied the label “ecological” to a selection of our finest products: the iconic fodder-fed free range Iberico ham, the fodder-fed free range Iberico shoulder and our exquisite Iberico meat.

For our “ECO” products the starting point is Iberico pigs that are born, grow and live in complete freedom, grazing to their heart’s content on our ecological farms. These animals are not treated with drugs and have a healthy, natural, pesticide-free diet with no transgenic products.

All of this care and attention gives us a healthier product, which retains all of its traditional qualities of texture and its incomparable flavour.
