Our NATURAL Iberico “longaniza” and “salchichón” sausages are made using a traditional recipe with flavours reminiscent of our grandparents’ times, but free of additives and allergens. The meat comes from a selection of our finest Iberico pigs, which are free to graze on our estates, giving our cold meats their characteristic texture and flavour. The meat is mixed with the finest spices and is dried or cured using traditional methods.
