In the world of Ibérico products, cured pork loin holds a privileged place. At Marcial, we produce two ranges: GOLD and SILVER. Our Gold range includes Acorn-fed Ibérico Loin and 100% Ibérico Acorn-fed Loin, both distinguished by their greater intensity. Our Silver range features Free-range Grain-fed Ibérico Loin, with a milder, more consistent and well-balanced flavour.

THE MARCIAL RECIPE : TRADITION & BALANCE

At Marcial, our loin is delicately seasoned following our grandparents’ traditional recipe, using La Vera paprika, salt, oregano and a subtle touch of garlic. After this traditional seasoning, it undergoes a minimum of three months’ natural curing in our natural curing cellars in Guijuelo.

Sourced from 100% and 75% Ibérico pigs that roam freely during the montanera season, it offers greater aromatic depth, a succulent texture and a long-lasting finish.

From Ibérico pigs reared extensively and fed on carefully selected cereals. A true classic, appreciated for its balance, consistency and flavour.
