THE MARCIAL RECIPE : TRADITION & BALANCE<\/h3>\n

At Marcial, our Acorn-fed Ib\u00e9rico Lomito <\/strong>is delicately seasoned following our grandparents’ traditional recipe, using La Vera paprika, salt, oregano and a subtle touch of garlic. After this traditional seasoning, it undergoes slow natural curing<\/strong> in our natural curing cellars in Guijuelo. The cold, dry mountain air fixes the aromas and defines its distinctive texture. <\/p>\n
