The Dehesa, like El Encinar de Poniente, is a unique ecosystem<\/strong> of centuries-old holm oaks, rich biodiversity and an ideal microclimate<\/strong>. Here, traditional and sustainable farming goes hand in hand with continuous attention to animal welfare. <\/p>\n

During the Montanera (acorn-finishing season), from October to February<\/strong>, the estate is transformed.
The climate reaches its optimum conditions, acorns become abundant and the pastures flourish.
