As part of our desire to work more closely with other areas of gastronomy, at Marcial Castro we are proud to be considered official collaborators with the “Escuela Internacional de Cocina Fernando Pérez” in Valladolid.

The EIC is a private, non profit-making organisation, devoted to the training of the finest professionals in gastronomy. Its honorary board has such noted figures as Rafael Ansón, President of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy; the Chefs Luis Irízar and Oriol Castro; Susan Ungaro; Santiago Pérez and Fernando Salazar.
